What are your guys' opinion? I nearly died and crapped myself the first time i ran into him. He is way more terrifying than just being grabbed by the reaper leviathian's pincers O.O So, if he attacks you early on while you are passing through his territory, and you cannot get to the lava ravine where you came into that area (safe zone) or beyond the (spoilers) in can even see yourself and your mech inside his massive mouth with his huge teeth crushing your mech with you in it!!!!! You are no bigger to him than a granule of white "tasty" rice. I have died dozens of times to him over my playthroughs, and he never gets any less scary. If your mech gets hit by teeth, his tenticles, or his fireballs, its goes from 100 health down to about 5 in under 3 seconds.and he still is attacking you, and you cannot get out of the mech to repair it or he litterally eats you alive. He swims hella fast and shoots fireballs at you.he roars and it sounds like he is RIGHT BEHIND YOU, and you have no idea how close he really is until you see his teeth or tenticles around your mech. No matter how stealthy you are, he will see you, and he instantly attacks you. WRONG! His territory and his patrol is deceptively small in reality, and you have to go right through his territory and head to."you know where". What makes him scary, at least to me, is that his patrol zone may appear large, and logially speaking you should be able to easily sneak by without him noticing. And you just gave me an idea XD since i play with mods and i have that thing called Armor mod, it should reduce all damage by 75% :D woohoo nice good to know, i'll probably race some underwater derby of my own.Its totally the Emperor class leviathan, the one wayyyy down inside the lava zone.not the one swimming around the massive underwater mountain in the lava zone, but the one far lower.the lowest area that you can go.and he is.guarding."no spoilers here boyz :)" Zero mercy and probably the entirely wrong way to play the game. Not counting the smaller leviathans like the Squidsharks or the Crocs because those would die within a few truck hits.īest moment in Subnautica was when my friend used a sea truck to continuously ram the Squidshark in the deep twisty caverns out of the caves and rammed it until it was dead on the surface. The only Leviathans that gave him trouble was the one where you couldnt be in the ocean and the one that is in the open ocean because it could get away. He pretty much effortlessly either rammed all leviathans with his Sea Truck or just mined them to death with Prawn. We are both pretty experienced in the game and he decided to kill most of the leviathans. Originally posted by Wave:Recently had a friend join in Subnautica Below Zero. |
